If it all looks good, we'll send over the contract, invoice, and scheduling link to make it official.

After that information comes through, we'll send you a Welcome Packet walking through everything we need from you and how you can provide it.

After that, you can sit back and let us do all the heavy lifting with your summit website!

However, you are welcome to add on one of our Speaker Management packages to have these sections taken care of, too!

While we'll take care of the bulk of the work for you, here are some pieces that will be left for you and your team to wrap-up. 

  • Duplicating the presentation page template we make and filling in the content for each speaker
  • Adding presentations and bonuses to your all-access pass
  • Setting up email sequences and automations
  • All copywriting (including the pages we take care of, with the help of our copy templates)

Great question! Having everything we need from you at least 1 week prior to our scheduled start date is vital to being able to complete everything we've promised in a week.

Here's what we'll need from you:

  • Copy: We need your final copy to input into the pages we'll be building out for you. But don't worry, you have our copy templates to make it easy! Please note that your copy must follow along with our copy templates for this package. If you plan to go "off-script", please reach out to us first as this will require additional design work on our end.
  • Brand information: Summit logo, fonts, colors, images, and icons
  • Headshots: Host + speaker headshots. If you won't have speaker headshots before we begin, we'll be sure to show you how to upload them.
  • Platform access: Access to Kajabi.
  • Availability to answer questions via Slack during our time together.

Don't worry, we'll send over a handy checklist of everything we need so you don't need to keep track of it all.

You are welcome to split your payment in two for no additional fee. The full amount must be paid in full at least 1 week before we begin.

Since the proper use and implementation of our templates heavily relies on the strategies we teach in our programs, we only offer Kajabi setup packages to current clients and students.
